Giving to Coulee Christian School:
SCRIP
Tuition Rebate Program
The
SCRIP Tuition Rebate Program allows
Coulee Christian School families and
friends to apply 50% of the money they
earn by purchasing SCRIP to the tuition
of a family attending Coulee Christian
School. For example, purchasing a
$10 gift card with a 10% discount would
earn Coulee Christian School $.50 and
the family $.50.
Terms
and Conditions:

You
must fill out the program
registration form completely
before you will be eligible to
receive SCRIP tuition rebates.

When
purchasing SCRIP directly from the
Coulee Christian School office, you
must fill out the program
registration form completely to
receive the correct rebates.
This form also needs to be initialed
by the school's secretary or persons
in charge at the time of
purchase. This is to ensure
accurate tracking of your purchases.

Any
orders that you make through a SCRIP
order form will be completed on www.shopwithscrip.com.
To do this, we will create an online
account for you, if you do not
already have one. If, at any
time, you wish to order using your
online account, we will provide you
with the login information for you
to change your personal preferences.

Anyone
who does not have students attending
Coulee Christian School and
purchases SCRIP may apply their
rebate to a Coulee family by filling
out the program
registration form. They
are able to choose the family that
they wish to apply the tuition
rebate to by filling out the
"Coulee Family Name"
section of this registration
form. If there is no name
specified in this section, no
tuition rebate will be applied, and
all the funds will be applied to the
general fund of the school.

Your
account will be credited quarterly
with the amount you've earned for
the quarter. At that time, you
will also receive a statement
listing your quarterly SCRIP Tuition
Rebate earnings.
