Bible
The
Positive Action Bible curriculum is used
for the fifth and sixth graders.
Daily work using the Bible is completed
together as a class. In depth
discussions about the Bible take place
for enhanced learning. Students
write and recite memory verses on a
weekly basis. Student attend
chapel once a week.

English
The
students will use Writing & Grammar
5 and Writing & Grammar 6 by Bob
Jones for English class. The
honing of writing skills and usage of
correct grammar are taught on a daily
basis.

Math
Our
fifth and sixth grade students use the
ABeka curriculum for math. Within
this curriculum, daily speed drills are
practiced, along with the teaching of
daily lessons. Quizzes and tests
are given bi-weekly.

Reading
The
usage of Foundations and Framework is
currently being introduced to our
students in fifth and sixth
grades. Students read assigned
chapters, complete questions, record
vocabulary words, and take quizzes and
tests.
